Finanzas y Metas de Pareja Plantilla

This Excel template is built for two people who want to manage their money together and reach big life goals. It is divided into clear sections: Income, where you list each partner’s monthly earnings; Monthly Expenses, with categories, total amounts and the split between partners; Vehicle Debt, where you record the loan balance, term and monthly payment; Savings System, where you set each goal (home, wedding, travel) and the recommended monthly contribution for each; Balance Summary, which automatically calculates total income, total expenses, recommended savings and the disposable cash left; Goal Timeline, showing how many months it will take to hit each target at the current saving rate; and an Optimized Scenario sheet that lets you test higher‑income or extra‑payment assumptions. All tables are linked, so once you fill the numbers the dashboard instantly shows the updated balance, the time needed for each goal and a realistic view of debt reduction.

The template solves the common problem of couples juggling separate incomes, shared bills and multiple long‑term objectives. By consolidating everything in one place you can instantly see whether your current spending pattern supports your dreams, where you need to tighten the belt, or how a temporary boost in earnings can accelerate a goal. It removes the guesswork of manual spreadsheets, reduces the risk of double‑counting contributions, and gives a visual timeline that keeps both partners aligned on priorities.

Ideal for engaged couples, newly married partners, or any duo sharing a household budget, the file works whether you are planning a first home, a wedding, annual vacations, or paying off a car loan. It helps you track monthly cash flow, allocate each partner’s contribution fairly, monitor debt payoff progress, and adjust savings targets as income changes. The result is a transparent financial picture that supports joint decision‑making and prevents one person from shouldering an unseen burden.

How to use

  1. Enter your earnings in the Income sheet – type each partner’s monthly salary or other income sources.
  2. Fill the Expenses table with all regular outflows (housing, utilities, groceries, transport, etc.) and indicate who pays what.
  3. Add debt details (loan amount, term, monthly payment) in the Vehicle Debt section.
  4. Set your goals in the Savings System sheet, entering the target amount for each objective and the recommended monthly saving amount. The template will automatically calculate the total required saving, split it evenly between partners, and update the Balance Summary.
  5. Review the Goal Timeline and Optimized Scenario tabs to see how long each goal will take and experiment with higher contributions or extra income.

Expected benefits: you’ll spend far less time reconciling spreadsheets, gain a clear view of how each dollar contributes to your dreams, and be able to adjust plans quickly when circumstances change, keeping your financial journey stress‑free.
